My name is Jake. I started JMB Earthworks in 2022, but my experience in construction goes back much further than that. I grew up doing side jobs with my dad, and when I was 14, I started working for the same construction company he had been with for over 40 years. That’s where I first learned to run equipment and gained real hands-on experience working on job sites.

Over time, I started taking on my own projects on weekends, helping homeowners with excavation and property improvements. Those side jobs quickly turned into every weekend being booked with work, and eventually, it made sense to turn it into a full-time business. I genuinely enjoy the work and take pride in helping homeowners improve their properties.

One thing that matters a lot to me is communication. I prioritize keeping homeowners updated throughout the entire project so they always know what’s happening and what comes next. I work hard for every Google review because they reflect the values I bring to every job: reliability, honesty, and doing the work right.
